About Penny Lane
Our story
We are Jim and Denise! We made the move to Wasaga Beach 3 years ago and have never looked back. We love our house and our property.
Our property sits on 8 acres and a short 5/10 minute bike/walk to the Allenwood section of the beach. 5 minute drive to Beach 1!
Private and peaceful, from deer, foxes and coyotes to multiple species of birds, it truly is a magical place.
Close to shopping and multiple attractions!

All well behaved pets are welcome, but please note we do not have a fenced in area so animals will need to be on leash. We are also surrounded by woods with lots of other animals who call the woods home.
The beach does not allow dogs.
We have a75 lb female Goldendoodle who loves to roam.
*flea and tick treatment highly recommended

You will need to pay for parking at the beach. We are close to New Wasaga and Allenwood beaches which have limited provincial park parking. You currently need to purchase day passes on line to park at any provincial park.
There is municipal parking at Beach 1 which is also hourly parking.
Flea & Tick medicine is recommended if you are bringing your fur baby.
